THE PROBLEM

One of the greatest challenges facing our most successful towns and cities is the provision of affordable housing.

A lack of new housing developments and a rapidly rising population have created an urgent need for new sources of affordable UK housing.

UK housebuilders are falling short of government targets by around 100,000 properties a year.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Government and Local Authorities are already committed to addressing this problem.

Several initiatives are increasing the supply of properties suitable for first-time buyers, notably Prior Approval.

Under the Prior Approval scheme, some commercial-to-residential property conversions no longer need to go through the full planning process.

This means shorter development timelines resulting in higher projected profitability and more properties available for repurposing with increased planning approvals and almost no risk of refusal.

THE SOLUTION

With office usage changing, opportunities are now presenting themselves across almost every major city to convert underutilised old office buildings and other commercial buildings into quality 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. 

At Brentor Developments we are actively seeking these opportunities and working with equity partners to deliver quality city centre accommodation.

We have multiple developments on going and work with many investors on 1st, 2nd and Equity charge basis for security to the investor to fund these deal. 

Investments start from £5,000 with interest paid quarterly or annually. 
Returns vary depending on amount invested and security given.

OUR STRATEGY FOR FUTURE PROJECTS

Brentor Property Group believes it has identified three key strategic drivers fundamental to the success, and that will fuel its growth over the next three to five years.

Targeting developments in South and South East England (outside of London) where property prices and demand are strong and are expected to remain so in the medium to long term.

A focus on creating smaller, affordable and aesthetically appealing flats for the first-time buyers’ market.

Only developing properties eligible for Prior Approval.

The business provides investors an opportunity to invest at with the security of equity in the project,. Investing in the conversion of office space into high quality  housing.

Targeting a return of at least 20% on cost per project, we have established a track record of securing a consistent and healthy return.
